Dorney Lake offers a clean open water swim, followed by a closed bike loop around the lake, and finally the run goes down the side of the lake, making it the perfect course for beginners and seasoned triathletes alike. It is great for spectators, they can see you on each lap.
Eton Sprint Distance Triathlon - Auckland Qualifier
The 2012 ITU Age Group Sprint World Championships on 22nd October 2012 will take place along the world famous Auckland Waterfront, bringing thousands of age-group athletes and triathlon fans to New Zealand.
The Eton Sprint Distance Triathlon on 20th May is a qualifier for Auckland.

One for the Budding Triathletes!
The Scootathlon is a mini fun triathlon for children between the ages of 4 and 8 where they scoot, bike and run. All children taking part will get a race T-shirt and medal and parents are asked not to get too excited....
SuperTri Children, Youth & Junior Open Water Triathlon
The event takes place at Dorney Lake, Eton (a leading venue for Senior and Elite triathlon events) giving young people the opportunity to feel what it is like to compete on a grand stage.
The biking and running are all on closed roads so there is no worry about traffic. All participants are considered winners for taking part and taking on the prospect of a 100, 200 or 400m open water swim followed by a 3, 5, or 10km bike ride and 1, 2 or 2.5km run.
