Founded in 1990, Human Race is a professional event management agency specialising in staging multisport events, typically organising over 15 a year. These include triathlons, duathlons and aquathlons, as well as single sport races, especially in running. Human Race also organised
the acclaimed Commonwealth Games Triathlon in 2002 which has led to the development of the annual ITU World Cup Triathlon, on the BBC, over the same course in Salford.
The principal event in the company's annual portfolio is the Royal Windsor Triathlon which has grown to be the best race in Great Britain with no less than seven BTA "Event of the Year" awards in the last seven years, including scooping the double of BTA Event of the Year 2004 as well as the inaugural 220
Triathlon Magazine award for Race of the Year 2004. In 2006 the event has TV coverage on Eurosport, channel 5 and the BBC.
Human Race have always encouraged a continual development of innovative events into their portfolio, the first ever TIMEX WomenOnly triathlon, the Eton Super sprints and the BananaMan triathlon to name just 3. Some new events are coming onstream for 2007.

Human Race aims to provide a balanced programme of events catering for varying groups of multisport enthusiasts. As well as catering for the domestic athlete at all levels of ability, Human Race also aims to provide high profile events in the UK which will elevate the profile of triathlon at an international level.
