The ever popular Eton SuperSprint triathlons are back. The races take place at the fantastic Dorney Lake, which will one of the venues for the 2012 Olympic Games.
Each race starts with a 400m open water swim in the clear, clean waters of the rowing lake before taking to the closed, flat road circuit for a 4-lap bike course covering 20k. The final 5k run follows a 2 lap loop along the side of the rowing tank on tarmac paths.
BOTH DAYS ARE EXACTLY THE SAME. You choose which day you prefer to race. Full on-site parking means you can come and go while the event is taking place, we have showers and toilets aplenty and there is catering and an on-site triathlon store provided by triandrun.
The event will be held at the Olympic rowing venue for the 2012 Olympic Games. Dorney Lake offers a clean open water swim, followed by a closed bike loop around the Lake, and finally the run goes down the side of the lake, making it the perfect course for beginners and seasoned triathletes alike. It's great for spectators, they can see you on each lap.
