The ITU World Cup races in Salford have grown out of the legacy of the 2002 Commonwealth Games in Manchester. Human Race
Event Management, in partnership with Manchester, Salford and Trafford, delivered the two test events in 2000 and 2001 and
the Games themselves in 2002 and we continue to provide the operational support for the event today.
However, Salford is not a Human Race event in the same way that Windsor or Eton are. All the event management is handled
by a dedicated team based in Salford and they operate their own website where
all the relevant information can be obtained. You'll still see all the familiar faces at Salford, just as you would at any
other Human Race event, and you're still assured of our proven quality of delivery, whether it's the age group races or the
ITU World Cup itself.
